Let’s all wish BSBP Board Member…TVo…safe travels as he heads to La Crosse, Wisconsin. Ted is one of the core members of our foundation and he and his family will be DEEPLY missed. Keep warm Teddy and take lots of pics of the Wisconsin skateparks. Ride on good buddy!
We wanted to encourage everyone to start summer safely by wearing the proper safety gear while using the park. Helmets, kneepads, wrist guards, gloves, and elbow guards are all an essential part of protecting yourself while skating or riding. Be smart, be safe, and have a great summer!
We have worked out an agreement with the Bay Rec. Dept. and Cleveland Public Square Group. As we had dreamed, BSBP will offer skateboarding lessons this summer. Call the Bay Rec. Dept. at 440-871-6755 for details.
Save the date! This year the Rib Rockin Raffle is Sat. May 28th. Rib cook-off, reverse raffle, silent auction, live music, and more. Details coming soon!
The Bay Recreation Department is open to offering skateboarding lessons at Bay Skate & Bike Park this summer. Details coming soon…
The Bay Skate & Bike Park Foundation would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! Together we achieved something truly amazing this year and without the support of our community, our City Council, our advocates, and our hard work we would not have been able to achieve such a wonderful outcome. Have a safe and happy New Year! Looking forward to a great 2011!
This evening Bay Skate & Bike Park officially opened with the ribbon cutting ceremony at 6:30pm on Saturday night. Pictured below is City Council President, Brian Cruse and Bay Skate & Bike Park Foundation President Lawrence Kuh.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony completes the 6 year journey of getting the park from concept to completion. Thank you to everyone who helped make the park a reality. We could not have done this without all of you.
Together we have made Bay Village history!
